Privacy notice — launch draft
Draft for launch review. The legal operator’s identity, address and registration details, data-processing agreements and final retention terms still need confirmation. This draft is not a statement that paid launch is approved.
VanillaSky uses the information you submit to make and deliver a car video, handle payment and support, and protect the service from abuse. This notice describes the intended service and the information visible in the application code.
Information used
This includes listing links, vehicle facts, photos and logos, dealer contact details, an optional notification email, job status and payment references. Stripe handles card entry; the app does not receive full card numbers. The app uses a region cookie and a browser ownership cookie so you can return to edit your listing. Video links allow viewing; do not share a link to content you want to keep private.
Services involved
Fly.io hosts the app and stored videos; Cloudflare hosts the marketing site. Anthropic processes selected images and text for classification and copy. fal processes images and generation requests, using the selected model services. Optional narration may use xAI. Resend sends notification and receipt emails when configured; Stripe processes checkout. Provider settings, onward recipients, retention periods and international-transfer safeguards must be checked before paid launch.
Retention and requests
The app normally removes unpaid runs after 14 days. Paid runs are excluded from that automatic cleanup; a final paid-data retention schedule has not yet been adopted. Download your own copy. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about processing. We may need to verify ownership; payment records may need separate retention. Backups and provider copies follow their own schedules, which require confirmation.
